Living in the present isn't as easy as regular people make it out to be. I was reflecting on my college experience because I felt very lonely yesterday evening.

Like my older NT sister and our mom, I view the majority of conspiracy theories as ridiculous.

2012 and 2024 Seem like two different worlds to me.

Though I'm heads over heals over Germany, I'm also a bit of an Anglophile as well. I love The Kinks and The Beatles and I would have loved to have been watching The Avengers on TV in 1965. Save the Routemasters!

I'm not a big fan of learning things by following instructions. Once I learned the basics of crocheting, I abandoned the youtube videos and started experimenting and developing my own methods. That way I could make what I wanted to instead of what I was told how to.

Once I started making peace with my not so Anglo-Canadian ways, I started enjoying 80s music again. I forgave myself for what I started putting myself through at the tender age of 11.

I guess that hiding my true colours by acting British for 30 years was self-harm in a way. No wonder I had a few brushes with suicide in the 90s and 2000s.

I love Germany as much as I love Canada. I'm not the perfect example of a Canadian. I was born in Canada.
