One of my favorite photo frames with pictures of my animals just fell off of the wall in my room and now glass is everywhere.

On the bright side, I officially have a job because my background check came back clean (which we knew would happen, but I was still nervous).

Good for You

It's funny that when people tell you they're going to the dentist, they feel the need to tell you it's for their teeth.

You hear some interesting conversations when you're on the bus.

Dancing in a field with Shadow among dead bodies at our feet as we sing and laugh together while it rains blood.

apparently... walked five miles for fish sauce, coconut milk, and smoked oysters.

also, noticed something about the nearest asian market... if you buy what’s authentic, or closest to, the cashiers are almost conventionally friendly.

really like it there. many speak cantonese... which sounds rather inviting. unfortunately, the only schools that teach chinese, appear to only teach mandarin... want to like mandarin, but haven’t had success.

PRAISE JESUS IT'S RAINING! I got no sleep yesterday because we were having a new roof put on our building. They were supposed to start on Monday according to the roofing company, but they showed up Friday morning and again Saturday morning and banged all damn day! I ended up with a panic attack. I went up to Mas place to try to sleep, but there was too much light, no sound, and no fan. I went back home only to come back to a bunch of hammering that would stop and as soon as you almost went to sleep, it would start up again! It was a mess. I'm hoping they don't come back today. I need sleep or I'm going to lose my mind! I was so mad today that I called the company and left a not so happy message and then I found the company on Google and left a bad review. There is just no excuse for treating people like that. I'm not just a roof! I'm a person damn it! I said in my review how would they like it if someone came to their house at midnight and just started hammering all night on their roof? They shouldn't just show up unannounced!

how do you feel about OTC sleeping pills? for the six weeks that i slept on a firm recliner in my husband's hospital room, benedryl was my friend.

I wonder if anyone even uses the "used ticket bin" on the bus?

Some people must have never learned how to use the signal devices on any/all automobiles, after all only you can prevent an accident!

Now the rest of this day would involve smelling that metallic smell out of nowhere... While half the time irritated with itchy nose, and constant sneezing. :x

Oh wait, that's just the smell of blood directly from my nostrils. And I'm not bleeding from anywhere. Yet. Oh well.
It's just another day for me during a stormy and humid season. :skull:

I had the perfect gift planned for my mom. She's a huge fan of all things NASA, and she told me a month or so ago that there was a Lego Saturn 5 rocket that she'd be ecstatic even if it was the only thing she got for Christmas. My dad thought it was "too expensive for a bunch of Legos," so I was going to get it for her with my own money. Then yesterday, my brother said he wanted to get my mom the same thing, which she'd told him about the day before. So then my dad decided to get it, and I don't think it's been decided who's going to give it to her. I'm a bit disappointed because it's not going to be as much of a surprise if she mentioned it to my brother so recently, and I've been really looking forward to giving this to my mom and making her so happy, so I'm going to be really ticked off if I'm not the one who gets to give it to her, when I'm the one who was going to make sure she got it no matter what.

I hope I can overcome my paranoia and my obsessive thoughts. Even though I'm the only one for what I believe in, I'll believe in myself. I'll never be a bully again.

Define paranoia?

What if you having a legitimate fear of a legitimate problem? And what if obsessive thoughts is your brain telling you to act in a manner that would solve the problem, perhaps maybe even in a manner that is not necessarily safe for yourself?

People would go further if they didn't care what others think.

Haters be hating, but if a single person believed likewise it would be worth it or even if no one believed likewise, it would still be worth it just to piss the haters off or a minimum to stand in what someone believes at any costs. That is the point in having beliefs in the first place, if you don't fight for them, then you have no beliefs.
