Having irish recipe sausages, oven chips and Goldfish curry sauce followed by an ice cream for tea in a couple of hours.

I bought a big Porterhouse steak and divided it up into three small ones.
Today I pan fried the 6oz Filet Mignon marinated in a soy and sake marinade. Medium rare.
