I had a doctor appointment at 10:20 in the morning   I was going to the healthcare center after my appointment, but I couldn’t go. I really really wanted to go to the healthcare center to see the people I miss especially seeing Matthew.

Mama Franklin, any leads as to who did it? I hope they catch 'em and give 'em what's coming to 'em.

I'm sorry about that caThar. I think I realized it over the years and not all at once.

Not as yet, Aunt Blabby.

Technically it was last night, but on the way home from going to a public dinner held at a church, my kids and I happened upon an accident that must have happened a minute or less before we came up to it. A car coming from the opposite direction hit a small deer (larger than a spotted fawn but much smaller than an adult), it looked as though three of its four legs were badly broken and the poor thing was pulling itself along on its belly with only one leg. It made it to the sidewalk and then one of my kids said it looked like it must have died in that instant as it stopped moving. It was very sad. I'm glad my wife wasn't with us as she would have been wrecked by it.

What it is though, Grace, is when you are on a high you don't feel the cold.

I think I would have been sick. I'm so sorry you had to see that, and be the strong one for your kids.

When I went to the Halloween dance this evening, I accidentally left my hooded cape on the stairs in my apartment.

It was very cold and chilly so I wore a winter coat, but it was 150 degrees F in the taxi.

There was no pop, tea or even coffee at the dance party. Just some kind of "punch" that tasted like watery cough syrup.

No cool songs that would be good for a Halloween dance like Thriller, Monster Mash or This is Halloween from The Nightmare Before Christmas. The closest they had was Sugar Sugar by The Archies.

They didn't have cookies or cupcakes like they usually do, either. I think they were trying to discourage everyone from eating too much sugar like we're a bunch of 6-year-olds, even though they still handed out candy.

Someone at the dance asked "What're ya supposed to be?" I thought even without my cape it was pretty obvious since I had white makeup and fangs and everything.

When I called for a cab back home the driver nearly ran me over with it and drove too fast.
