Yeah, that would add more Internet flair.

So... I just played "Draw Something" for the first time against a group of people on Facebook, and I won. 8O
Not sure if "like a boss" or just plain lucky...

I rarely ever get to go out of the country. I've only been outside of the U.S.A. thrice.

Wonderful! Great views, great food, and a rich culture. The streets are made up of little Japanese houses, very beautiful. I just went to a shogun castle built in the edo era, ate teriyaki beef on a stick and had some strawberry ice cream. Tomorrow we are going to the snow-capped alpine area"the Asian alps" via cable car and the next day we'll heading towards downtown Nagoya for a shopping trip.

But I can't speak Japanese, and I'm Asian. They automatically assume you're Japanese and then what we've got here...is...a...failure....to communicate... 8O
Not to mention the fact that I already have Asperger's. Lucky that they are very friendly.

Hm. That is quite a problem. :? But yeah, it's a good thing they're friendly then.

There are slight differences between the facial features in (East, South-East) Asians, but they aren't reliable.

Yeah. And they don't really speak English. I can tell chinese, Koreans and Japanese people apart, but sometimes it's difficult, especially when in a crowd. Some people think that i look Japanese, others think that I look Turkic-mixed, but not many think that I look Taiwanese.

That's a shame. :? How do you ask for directions and other information then?

Someone asked me if I was Filipino because I got a really bad tan from being on the swim team. But I get asked if I'm Chinese more often. (Edit: Well, I do have some Chinese blood...)

I know someone who's Korean, and once, we saw his mother and all thought that she looked Vietnamese.

Hey Sempy and Jamie!

When I first moved to Carboxylic Acid City, the people at my school thought I was Japanese.

Greetings, Albirea!

Most people in the U.S. will either assume you're Chinese or Japanese if you're Asian.

But if you lived in San Jose, most people will assume you're Vietnamese.
