I think I know what I did wrong now.

Given a wavelength of 2.50*10^-7 m, and a stopping potential of -2.66 V,

ΔV=hc/(eλ) - φ/e
-2.66 = ((6.63*10^-34)(3*10^8 ))/((1.06*10^-19)(2.5*10^-7)) - φ/(1.06*10^-19)
Find φ (work function): φ=1.07756*10^-18

Kinetic energy = hf-φ
=(6.63*10^-34)(1/(2.5*10^-7)) - 1.07756*10^-18
=1.07756*10^-18 J

That's the right answer... I think.
