It's also hard here in California. The gun laws in California are one of the strictest in the U.S.

AFAIK, here to have a gun in your house you need to have the gun and the ammo in 2 seperate locked safes in different areas of the house.

Oh wow.
I don't know much of the gun laws here though.
Fortunately, I've never ran into a situation where I needed one. I live in a fairly safe city and neighborhood.
