To dream that you are not wearing any shoes may mean that you have low self-esteem and a lack of confidence in yourself. You are dealing with issues about your self-identity. It also represents poverty, lack of mobility, or misunderstanding. Alternatively, to dream that you are not wearing shoes represent your playful attitudes and relaxed, carefree frame of mind. You have a firm grasp and good understanding on a situation. If you dream that you lose your shoes, then it suggests that you are searching for your identity and finding yourself.
To see or dream that you are at McDonalds signifies happiness and a worry-free attitude. The dream also suggests that you are living large. Perhaps the dream is telling you to expand your thinking or horizons. Supersize it!Alternatively, the dream may just mean you are hungry.
i had a dream about being with my sister and late mother [once again] in one of my sister's old houses [from 30 years ago] with some strange relative i'd never seen before, who was a "richie rich" young republican type of smart-alecky teenage boy, who immediately took umbrage at my existence, and asked impertinent questions of my sister [never talking to me, as though i were a non-sentient being or like a dog to be talked over] like "how much money does he make?" and "what kind of luxury home does he reside in?" and such. my sister got tired of his stupid questions after a while and told him to ask me these things. he sneered at me and gave me the cold shoulder. then my sister and mother prepared a meal, and i cleaned my plate rapidly, as i was hungry- and i was about to lick the plate clean [like i normally do IRL
i have a fair number of "disapproval by snobs" dreams.

i had my first semilucid dream in god knows when. i went to some weird building that was vaguely familiar, like an old YMCA i used to attend, and in the reddish/yellowish color-schemed locker room i dropped off my clothes and put on something like a judogi as worn in judo. i then sat down at a video game console and watched a game pop up on the screen, it was a scene from the driver's point of view, of a rotating irregular maroon tunnel with rough sides which were going by at a high rate of speed, and i found it fascinating- soon it occured to me to sit straight behind the screen, and as soon as i did that, i gained control of the game and was "steering" my hurtling craft and zooming and diving and avoiding the hazards just like i would be in a real video game in waking life ['cept i am normally lousy at video games and woulda crashed right off the git-go
], soon the tunnel gave way to jagged rocky cliffs and buttes and gorges and plateaus like out of star wars or something like that. then i sailed over a field of wheat and lost control and the game ended. i got up from the console, went back into the locker room to change back into my regular clothes, [i had to struggle a bit to find my locker] only at a locker a few units away from mine, some elderly lady came in, noticed my nakedness and was embarrassed, and she said "oops! i guess i wandered into the wrong locker room by mistake, eh?" only she could not have just wandered in there as she was retrieving clothes she had placed in a locker earlier. strangely, i was nonchalant about being naked in front of her. then the dream ended.

Train Station
To dream that you at a station represents a transitional period in your life. You need to take a short break to reassess your situation and determine your path and goals.
Senile
To dream that you are senile indicates that you are letting your abilities go to waste. You need to put more effort into your work and project.

I had a dream the other night that my family and I were going on a vacation to some resort in northern Idaho where my dad was working. I was pretty upset because my grandmother (who is deceased in real life) and my uncle came too and they were acting very strange towards me, but my mom wouldn't make them stop.
Then the dream got very strange. My brother and I discovered that there was a man living in the resort who, I mused even in my sleep, looked like an Asian Jack Sparrow, but without facial hair. His name was Abboti the Summoner and he claimed to be able to contact and summon demons. He had even brought the spirits of his dead parents back to life inside the bloated corpses of dead forest animals. My brother and I were amazed at this and we wanted him to teach us to be demon summoners too.
Abboti took out a razor and carved "akuma", the Japanese word for demon or devil, into my right leg. Then the sky became very dark and a strong wind started blowing. Then my parents wanted to leave and started packing our things. In the car, I took some blood and dirt from my leg and wrote a letter to Abboti on an electronic device. I was transported back inside his home, but only his parents (the bloated animal corpses) were there. They claimed that Abboti had left and that the only way he communicates is by writing on stone tablets.
Then I woke up.
I think Abboti is really cool and I'm happy that my subconscious made him up. I want to make him one of my imaginary friends.

i was back in some strange kind of school or academy, only i was perpetually late for class and losing my assignments and getting lost in the hallways and wandering into and out of strange classrooms which eventually got tired of me wandering in there so they locked their doors when they saw me returning. this was an exhausting dream which made me wake up sweaty and hot and tired. in the dream my legs felt like lead and would barely obey my commands to move. each step was a titanic struggle. ![]()
Your body has a hormone that inhibits limb motion in your sleep. People who lack that chemical tend to accidently beat the crap out of their spouses in their sleep ( its a recognized sleep disorder - I forget the name for it). But thats why people are sometimes sense that there body is being inhibited in motion while dreaming.
I occasionally dream that Ive taken on too many credit hours and am failing at half of my classes, or I have that other common variant: that Ive clipped the fender of a parked car and my dad is gonna have me for lunch when he finds out ( my dad's been dead and I graduated decades ago in real life). Sometimes when you have dreams like that it means you just need to take a leak. Your body tenses up to keep from urinating. You mind then creates an aborbing narrative to fit the tense state of your body-hense a dream about mundane anxieties like flunking school because anxiety also tenses up your body.
But this dream of yours seems like a more intense version of the flunking out of school thing everyone gets.
Maybe its really about fitting it. Finding a niche. Just a thought.

oh
at least it wasn't one of my horrible work or army nightmares.
i dreamed i was living in a small house on a large piece of land that was 16,000 ft in altitude. i wanted to go to the shops but i saw that i had to climb down a crude "ladder" which was metal pegs that were sticking out of the rocks on the cliff descent which was the only way down.
the descent was a sheer cliff, and there must have been tens of thousands of metal pegs that i would have had to traverse before i got down to the ground to use my car.
i was paralyzed with fear and i decided not to go down, and i went back to my house and checked my food supplies and they were depleted.
i realized i had to go down and get supplies or die, but it seemed to me that i would prefer to die than to try to climb down.
was that symbolic of my life?
it seemed to be.
