Today's head doc appointment. Wondering when they'll be calling me, if I'll need to go in to see their resident specialist.

Certain NTs who thinks they knew me better than I'm giving me advice how to be 'better'.

Do they know what they're asking me of? For the sake of the concept of so-called 'social'.

Said NTs knew I'm autistic. Whenever I tried to reason, they'll say 'How could you know better? You're the disabled here.'
So, living in fear, having mental illness, and cases of suppression and identity crisis is more preferable?

This is why I prefer things my way, and never trust anyone with whatever I'm planning with myself.

This is what I call dangerous speak. People who tell us exactly who or what we are as if they are experts on us. Saying it with such conviction that they truly believe their own misguided words.

This is not the way of everyone. There are some who are better at listening and helping in a way which is more appropriate.
Unfortunately, finding one of those people is difficult.

I find there are people on WP with far more insight and helpful words than any therapist I have seen. I also know there are therapist out there who are very good at what they do. If I could just find one locally?

Until then I come here for solitude and respite.
