What is the point of asking how are doing, when the only socially acceptable answers are "good" and "fine"

There are five emotions and happy is just one of them

And when you answer something besides fine and good, they ask annoying questions, trying to "help"


But they do not have the authority or skill to "help" you

Incompetent

I feel incompetent because I seem to get mentally exhausted so quickly. I laid in the bed for like three days straight cause of my mental exhaustion and can't find a way to relieve myself of the problem. It's like I go out to do something one day and the next few days I just feel totally exhausted. :(
