I think that sometimes people misunderstand me but I suppose in a way that's fine because it doesn't matter anyway

I mean I've not got time in my life to go around putting people straight

I'm not involved with people for long enough for that

They're just too lazy to delete your details from their system. A few more automatic emails barely cost them anything, so why would they spend valuable time removing them? It also wastes your time, but that doesn't concern them enough to do anything about it. All the ones I get are from real accounts, but they usually tell me to log in "now" to look at them. They also tell me they've got a message for me, with a similar command to log in now, but the messages have never been urgent, so they can damn well wait till I log in to do a transaction.

It seems pretty clear that they simply want people to log into their accounts more often. Don't know why. It's quite a palarva these days, especially for me. Maybe it's so they can stick ads or suchlike unwanted crap under your nose, though my banks don't do a lot of that, unless my ad blocker is blocking it. I love ad blockers.

I always wanted a Curly Wurly when I was a kid but if someone gave me one now; well I'd be grateful for it but I don't think it would give me the same joy as I would have got when I was a small child

Young animals such as human kids are usually more enthusiastic about everything. Dad used to say you can see that with puppies and old dogs. I say older people merely continue until at last every moment is a weariness. But I don't mean it. I just like saying dark things. Me, I'm still just like a kid. I like chocolate, raisin bread, grapes and biccies, but I think a curly wurly would be too sweet for me and it'd probably stick to my teeth and I'd worry about tooth decay and dentists.

I don't know how I've managed to get to this stage of my life completely by accident

I used to go cruising with my friends when I was a teenager. We told our parents that we were “studying.”

I thought it was instinct. I just kind of bring my jaws together on the food so that my teeth chop it up small. Something stops me swallowing anything big. I don't usually think about it, I just crunch away. Have you hired a professional food-chewing adviser?

I have confidence in myself.
Yet I don't have a lot of faith over myself.

Not a lot understand what that meant.

I can go through and I'm quite certain will pull through.
Yet I'd be the last person to trust over whatever even if other parties do.

I never need to fake confidence.
But faith? People confuses that with confidence.
Thus I never had to fake faith either.

People tend to have more faith in me than ever will be towards myself.
Again, it is because they mistook that for my own self confidence.

It'll always baffle me, despite not dealing with imposter syndrome.
I don't deal with fear of being found because my confidence is genuine and do not try too hard at all.

If I try hard? It's just another gamble for me. A bigger gamble, a bigger risk.
Effort isn't the problem with me; but knowing if that's even the right thing to put an effort to at all.

It's like... Yeah, I see my worth and everyone else, too.
But it's not the currency or value that want -- and quite suspicious over it, too.

I used to phone up to go on Who Wants to be a Millionaire quite a lot.

Never got on. A guy I worked with did though and he won £125,000.

That was when it was Chris Tarrant. Now it's Clarkson you'd have to pay me the million just to sit in the room with him that long.

I've always been ambivalent about my abilities. I'm kind of confident and not confident at the same time, as if I thought I was both superman and a very weak, vulnerable idiot simultaneously. A therapist once noticed it. It might come from the fact that my mother used to run me down a lot but my father used to build me up. I don't think there's a difference between faith in oneself and self-confidence.
