quesadilla. melt Chihuahua cheese in a pan, turn up the heat and crisp the edges of the the cheese, slap a tortilla on top and press, fold the tortilla into a halfmoon with the cheese inside, crisp the quesadilla in the cheese grease, serve with salsa verde. delicious but ya, not great for you

Savory oatmeal. Oats base, add "Mrs. Dash" seasoning and a few whole cloves of garlic, add any veggies (I chose spinach before it might start going bad in the fridge by tomorrow plus shredded zucchini from my garden.
Yum!
