Not eaten so far today. Pizza and garlic bread in an hour or so followed by a yogurt.

I'm cooking some braised pork chops. They should be ready to eat within about 15 to 30 minutes.

I kind of played it by ear in cooking them. I first browned some pork chops and then set the pork chops aside in a large pot. I made a mirepoix using the canonical onions, celery, and carrots. When the mirepoix was ready, I added about a cup and a half of broth to the pan to deglaze the pan and after a couple of minutes I poured that into the large pot. I also mixed in some worcestershire (sp?) sauce and it has been simmering now for about 45 minutes.

I need to warm up the oven and heat up some frozen rolls. I don't like those particular rolls much so once I run out, I won't be getting more of them.

For what it's worth, I've tried braised pork chops before and it has never come out all that good for me. Even if this turns out to be the best I have ever made, they will be far from the best I have ever eaten.

Boxed mac and cheese. I was too unmotivated to make anything better.
