I had another pointless meeting with my therapist today - way too much sidetracking and story-telling that I didn't need since I got the point right away, that took up more than half of the time, which was also shortened because he had to leave early for something. And most of the rest of the time was taken up by discussing a topic we'd pretty much beaten to death during our last session, but he felt the need to bring up again
But I stick with this guy because at least he a. has known me for ten years or so and b. primarily works with people who are on the autism spectrum, so has a clue about how to work with us. I'm just getting frustrated that I've been dealing with this stuff for so long and we still aren't making any progress to speak of. I'm so dang tired of all this, I just want it to be over one way or another
