Kind of, but not really. Alakazam has different eyes.

Ah, I see.

So, I stumbled across some Wikipedia articles about Chinese people. Since my parents came from northeastern China and a few people have told my mom before that she looks Russian, what if I have a small trace of Russian in my ancestry?

Very likely. My grandfather is from northwestern China, he has Turkic blood.
