The song is basically a take on the Christian belief that the world was created in 6 days and God rested on the 7th. The 8th day is the day of destruction. The song paints a vivid portrait of the apocalypse and what the approaching 9th day will bring. das Ich is one of the few bands in the scene who have mastered the art of dystopian electronic music.
