Actually I've heard that if you pass out at a rave then instead of trampling over you like you'd think the stereotype ravers would, they're usually very responsible and try to save your life. Never tested the theory though. Nearest thing to a rave I've been to was a uni gig by The Levellers. I got dry-humped when I joined in with a group of dancers.

I didn't want it that way, it was more like low-level sexual harassment and I never found out whether it was a boy or girl who did it. I was sober but it was a bit dark. I didn't go again. But the music wasn't bad if you like punky anarchist stuff. Round about 1991.
