That was another thread when I mentioned the diagnostic criteria I think, but that's OK. I agree that they gave stupid examples of special interests. When a therapist gave me the AQ test she commented on my results that it looked like I'd got ASD but I'd got something funny going on with numbers (because I was negative for all the questions about fascination for numbers but positive for most of the others). I do think they put too much emphasis on that stereotype.
