Home made noodles with Chinese style beef and quail eggs. My partner made the noodles herself from flour. If it was me I'd just make them out of a packet. She cut up a steak and cooked it Chinese style. Served lightly spiced with quail eggs.

Some Asda wensleydale, petit pois and red pepper quiche.
