very nearly nothing - eaten about three hunks of bread - this winter has been utterly boring - I have watched YouTube videos to the point where it is all crap - I need to find an addictive series to watch on YouTube - the last one I watched was called "I shouldn't be alive" it was about people drifting at sea for weeks on end and stuff like that - I am kicking myself in the arse now to go and visit someone who is equally bored and hacked off with their grotty life - next week fun includes hanging up a mirror and painting a ceiling, shuffling around indoors while it rains all week

Finished work contacts for the month. Thanks to the extra day.

Met with some friends.
Was adequately conversational.
Avoided going off on my current special interest, ASD.

I veered spectacularly off my diet today.

of course you can veer back onto your diet.

Overcoming a temptation to use my EBT benefits to buy unnecessary stuff.

I've survived. That's about the extent of my abilities these days, with medication side effects and sleep problems.

Spent the time I was rained off work writing a nocturne: it probably needs more work, but I’m happy with the achievement.

figured out a possible answer to an audio restoration problem.

i have been sucessfully whelmed and achieved tipsiness. went for a walk. did dishes and finished a few more counties on fictional maps. did reading in french.

Got my new Rune-Keeper up to level 35.
