I went to bed at 9 and I'm wide awake now. People can be such losers at times. I still can't get that stupid doctor off my mind. It doesn't help that I have to see the clown again in 27 days. I swear that he's trying to get everything he can to make me leave the clinic. He hates different. Now I know why he's trying to chase me out of the clinic. He holds up a mirror of the way that life was in British Columbia 20 years ago. Would he try and turn me away if I was wearing a red jacket and a yellow frilly shirt? Probably not. All that glitters is not gold. I remember how Britain and her flag glittered in my mind. It's like my conscience hit me in the back of my head and woke me at 11.

Why am I so very tired of living when I've barely been living at all?

My mother continues in her bizarredome.

I'm a Peasexual. I sleep with Om Nom every night.

Even though I ate a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, I want something else to eat now because I am still hungry.

Wonder if the reason why the current counselor rarely gives out advise, and only gives small advice. Like, go to a cafe or listen to a podcast, instead of, going to a mosh pit is because. If she gives advise with an unfavorable outcome, the client could fire her. If she gives advise with a favorable outcome, the client needs or wants less counseling

Sometimes one action could be bad advise in one situation and good advice in other situations



Thus every slightest thing is "an unfortunate thing that happened" and she is "sorry"


But that's just twiddling the counselors thumbs

And making me codependent and pity myself

I was having a bad time getting on WP last night and most of today. I kept getting that stupid error message. There didn't seem to be anything wrong with my server. Why does that still happen on WP after all these years?

Yesterday tried to go to bed 9pm

Usually go to bed 9 or 10

Could not sleep until 1am

Exhausted

Should not have eaten one serving granola at 9pm

It contains 16 grams sugar

A kit Kat has 21 grams sugar
