Got the results of my blood test back, and my calcium levels were a bit low, but everything else they checked was fine. I was quite surprised, since dairy products are one of my major sources of protein. I do have a doctor appointment set up for tomorrow afternoon because that eye thing was extremely obnoxious over the weekend. I was getting kind of a jolt in the back of my neck and down my arms a little when it would happen, too. I'm kind of wondering if I might end up getting an MRI instead of/in addition to an EKG

that's a good bet.
are your legs weaker or are the eye symptoms more frequent if you're warm, such as after a hot shower?
I haven't been all that warm since these symptoms started - the weather's still been on the chilly side here and I prefer my showers to be just a little bit over room temperature. I loathe having even the slightest bit of moisture on me if I'm otherwise dry, so I tend to avoid heat because I hate sweating. I can turn the temperature up a bit when I shower tomorrow morning to see if it makes a difference - I don't have anything I need to do until the afternoon, so it'll just be a bit annoying if it does, not really problematic.
Yep - that felt pretty good because I was cold, but it made me pretty dizzy and got my eyes doing brief little rapid movements again, although not as bad as it was over the weekend.
On the plus side, I'm already feeling a bit better since I've cooled down again. Yay?
