I just found a tin of minestrone soup I didn't know I had. So I just stuck it in the microwave for 3 minutes and hey presto.... dinner

SaLLLLmon marinated in soy sauce and shuger over night then broiled, white rice with green onions and sesame oil, asperagus sauteed in sesame oil with ginger powder and Mont Real's steak seasoning. Cayenne pepper on everything, love. Okay, bye hun, kisses! XOOOO XOOO

Never had Weetabix in my life!

Had a salmon fishcake with mashed potatoes a few hours ago. Then a Terry's Chocolate Mint (similar to their Chocolate Orange).
