chrissy, I let it go on for a while until I started eating again. I think vitamins is your best option, if you don't eat meat you may need iron tablets aswell.
I am eating enough food, I just don't think I am getting the right nutrients. Like the other day I ate (however much 2 cups of uncooked rice turns out to be when it's cooked, I don't measure). A bunch of trail mix stuff and a peach. I am eating enough, but I am not getting the right stuff, I don't think.

In my case I think it was getting stressed and as a result losing weight etc. Luckily it didn't get too bad, so maybe yours won't if you don't have any other symptoms.
That's a good idea of Emma's though to have your iron levels checked because obviously quite a lot of women can have problems with this anyway and maybe especially if you don't eat meat.
Not stressed.

(Though my parents do yell at me sometimes, I shake it off, plus I have many outlets for stress). I wish I was losing weight.
Here's the thing: I've had my iron levels checked before and they were fine. I would know if I had anemia because I am a hypochondriac. Also, I try to get enough protein in.
I'm glad that you're not stressed and that you're not anaemic. I'm not what else to suggest to be honest other than seeing a doctor.
