Mint choc chip Cornettos are the best. They never have them anywhere.

They should do a vegan one without carageenan.

It's interesting that UK council housing is mentioned at the beginning of this thread. Are there any members that know much about it?

I think he’s a charlatan. I wouldn’t trust him to run a bath let alone the country! It makes me embarrassed to be British knowing that he is in Downing Street. That said, the people in his team are even more alarming especially Dominic Cummings. I just hope that Boris’ time in office is as short as possible!

I hate him. Saving grace as with Trump is that he's stupid. I prefer people with bad politics to be stupid.

(sorry very aspie answer there without any diplomacy in it...)

Is it normal to notice 2 non-standard accents in the same city? Idk if I'm being overly aware of this.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding you. I live in a small town and hear forty different accents a day. There are at least three for the local area.

I went for the mint in the end, then got the chocolate nut the following time. The cherry sounds nice kraftie but I think you're looking in the more expensive end of the freezer. The mint are six for £1.

Yeah that second one, the three for the local area thing.

I was thinking I was overly aware of sounds and patterns or something.

thing is he's not stupid though

he has a classics degree from Oxford, he likes to give the impression maybe that he's a bit of an oaf but he's not, he's a cynical, calculating narcissist who has surrounded himself in his cabinet with exactly the same types of people

our country is now being governed by Boris Johnson, Michael Gove, Priti Patel, Jacob-Rees Mogg, Sajid Javid, Dominic Raab and the rest, as odious a bunch of bastards as you could ever wish to meet (or not)

I say 'our' country but it's not my country any more, I have no interest in the UK and the sooner the 'Union' is disbanded the better; I didn't support Scottish independence last time to be honest but this time I will, let's give the Leavers what they want, a very small, relatively insignificant nation called England rapidly sinking into recession at home and irrelevance abroad

In the absence of a "like" button... a very good analysis.

Ah, the ever popular sport of England bashing is back on the menu.

Kraftie, we'll have Brexit, there will be problems, lots of back stabbing, then at the first election having taken this

step to the right the country will lean left, blame Boris for all the problems and vote him out by voting Labour. I

just hope the union doesn't fall apart first. We blame our Prime Ministers for EVERYTHING so the only way he'll win

an election is if Brexit goes smoothly and all the bollocks about extra money for the NHS if we leave turns out to

be true.

I'm guessing he was a fan of Maggie, my moneys on him getting the same end :D
