It's one of my OC's birthdays, I like to celebrate these even if it's only in my mind technically.

Some articles claim that gluten free casein free foods are more expensive than the ones with gluten and casein

Some articles claim that it is less healthful to take vitamin supplements than get vitamin's from food

And GFCF diet makes it even harder to eat, healthfully without cooking

Some articles claim that wheat is good for the body

So do not know what to believe

How best to die without using a gun (though I probably won't actually be doing it, at least any time this week).

Am I the only person on this site who finds sharks to be very beautiful and majestic?

Absolutely not. I love sharks, they're some of my favorite animals.

My parents had the good fortune to get to see a grey reef shark in person while snorkeling in Hawai'i.

Sisyphus

My natural personality causes plenty of social and emotional problems

Hate my personality

Do not know if I can change

If I can, it takes a lot of constant effort. Results not guaranteed

:skull:

Bored as f**k

Nothing appears worth the effort

But every day contains 24 hours

gluten-free IS more expensive. unless you go low carb and don't eat grains often. flours other than wheat are more costly. unless you have celiac, going gluten-free might not make much difference to you.

it is generally better to get nutrients from food because we don't know everything in a food, so we can't replace all nutrients exactly. you won't likely fall ill, though, by cutting out milk and cheese and taking calcium and b12. beyond infancy, we probably don't need milk and milk products. where supplements are more likely to fall short is when substituting them for fruits and vegetables.

is there a reason why you don't want to or can't cook.? making stuff at home is way cheaper and way healthier.
