Well, I wish you both luck on that!
My parents think I'm too young to learn how to drive, said it could wait until college. I know people who are trying to get their learner's permit sometime during their Sophomore year.
Does one have to be of a certain age in order to get their permit?
Nationwide you have to be 15 years and 6 months old. You can get your license at 16 years and 6 months old at the earliest.
I'm 15 years and 2 months old. I have four more months to go.

Did you dye it black?
What color was it before?
I dyed it a really dark red. It was my natural dark brown before that (with all my other colorful additions).
Some of the blue stayed in my bangs and the under part of my hair, so they're kind of a dark purple. ^-^

Oh! The kind of red that looks black, but turns red in the sunlight?
