Introduction, the controversy
A controversy exists around the documentary The Wall, Sophie Robert. Many parents and associations of children with autism see it as a new document against the legitimacy of psychoanalysis to take care of children with autism. Following the complaint of three concerned psychologists, Esthela Solano-Suarez, Eric Laurent and Alexandre Stevens, the court ordered the withdrawal of the film by giving reason to the plaintiffs, on the pretext that their remarks would have been distorted. The complete statement of the judgment is attached.
We hear everywhere that the partisans of this documentary are only in the denigration, the invective, the revenge, that they do not argue their criticisms, that they are not in the logos but in the pathos, etc. . So, we will try here to be worthy opponents.
Underlined: who's we? where's everywhere? the partisans are obviously the parents, what a lot of sectarianism on behalf of the psychs, why's that so common in psy-sectors? the easy predator-way?
Auggia stables everywhere, heracles where art thou?

every word is an lacanian- styled accusation, its pathetic

you'd think the translation is idiotic, it is somewhat but the original is so bizar i'm not trying to make that look better, i couldn't, it's pure lacan: For Lacan "the Other must first of all be considered a locus in which speech is constituted," so that the Other as another subject is secondary to the Other as symbolic order. We can speak of the Other as a subject in a secondary sense only when a subject occupies this position and thereby embodies the Other for another subject.

The judgment, the complaint of Alexandre Stevens

The aforementioned judgment states that Sophie Robert "falsely discloses that for Mr. Stevens parents are designated as responsible or faulty. The accusation is based on comments that the journalist did not retain in the film those where Stevens would say the opposite of About the film: Here they are:
"It is first of all the responsibility of the subject himself, it is he who has chosen - it is strange but it is like this - to stand back from a certain dimension of invasion that It's true that this choice will vary depending on what comes from the other, from the outside, from the others, but I have no idea that there is a great responsibility. bad parents who make their children autistic, I do not blame the parents for the fault. "

Note that it is said first that parents have little responsibility but not too much, and then they have none at all. In addition to this vagueness, Stevens reinforces his point about the responsibility, the will of the baby (of the embryo?) In the occurrence of his pathology: "it is he who chose". I do not know that this explanation is absent from the controversy! We can see that Stevens' position is no less questionable in taking cognizance of his full intervention.

Being charming, handsome, and charismatic never excuses psychopathic or abusive behaviour.

Why do so many people use 'like' as a comma?

I wish I was able to tolerate the heat better. I'd be able to enjoy the outdoors that much more.

yesterday ate two joong/zongzi. pork stuffed gluttonous rice bundles.

delicious.

kind of paranoid that it contained too much fat/sugar today. the nutrition websites do not make it look that bad. but, the nutrition facts are not always correct. and not all joong have the same nutrition.

exhausted today, yesterday, saturday. felt like falling asleep at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

:D

noises sound louder lately. especially traffic.

and i get paranoid a car will run me over.

:D

too lazy to vote. political election.

:D

too weak/lazy to even talk. it's like a waste of energy/effort.

running out of things to do in "life".

grad school

Peace Corps

military

Americorps

volunteer work

Search and Rescue

learning programming languages

drive stickshift

practice cooking

learn to drive better and fix car

fix house

fix computer

but everything seems like it takes more energy than it's worth

lazy

too far gone

beyond repair

zoned

dissociated

do not feel like doing much besides lying on back and surfing internet

totally anemic

everything seems so meaningless

right now, every single day consists of waiting around for the next meal

long walks

eating

loitering

sleeping

counseling

barnes and noble

bowel movement

play with phone

nothing to do all day long

nobody cares about me

they tell me they "care" about me, but they take way too much credit

they won't even say "excuse me" instead of "what" and "huh".

mussolini was helping hitler.

so "helping people" is not necessarily a good thing.

too far gone

Islands and maps of islands. Malé City of the Maldives is my favorite. It fills up the whole atoll. Urban, jammed, but very beautiful architecture.

I just find it weird that it's really hot outside yet I have to wear more clothes inside at my work place than outside since the AC is so strong here.

I'd like to start a Germany thread but I'm too chicken. Britain is a very popular country.

Feel like the world has little to offer me positively

And a lot to offer negatively

And I have little to offer the world

And I am just a public nuisance

Feel guilty and ashamed for not being military veteran

Civilian guilt
