Likening everyone else's music to "processed food" (versus real, organic food) is not calling it inferior? I guess my "inferior music" has no place here.

Though I disagree about using Rolling Stone magazine's "Top 100 list to denote whether or not a musician is "good (though that may not be your intent)," I did find the Funkadelic song to be oddly interesting. I would have never guessed in a million years his music sounded like that. I've seen many young people wearing the shirts from Hot Topic with vibrant Warhol-style images of what appeared to be an Afro-clad male and figured the music would have a faster pace (a stereotype on my part :oops: due to the use of "high-energy" colors on the T-shirts)... It reminded me of a more Rock version of Sigur Rós. Even the unusually-written, thought-provoking lyrics (full of imagery, I might add) remind me of how the Icelandic band writes.
