Still feeling pretty hopeless. Had a meeting with someone from a longer-term outpatient program today, seems like it'll just be the same old stuff that doesn't work for me. I have a phone meeting with someone from a longer-term residential program on Wednesday, but I don't have high hopes for that doing any good, either. Really want to bleed, kind of want to do so fatally but pretty sure I'm not going to do that any time soon. Eighth ECT treatment today and still seeing absolutely zero change. Feeling like absolutely nothing will help me - I keep trying and trying, to no end.
