Does it affect your teeth though

Not that I've noticed, I don't use it that much maybe a couple hours at most. I think it would if I was using it all the time.

Yeah that's what I was thinking because I used to sleep with one when I was a bit younger and I had to stop because it was making my teeth hurt

As long as you don't use sugar and you put the milk in first you could save yourself about 5 seconds a cup if you didn't bother stirring. And you wouldn't get the spoon dirty so that's another bonus.
