I don't want to be known as an introvert.

I hate it when people make a big deal over the moments where I "finally say something"

I'm always talking about my lack of social skills even though I don't want to be known for it and I try to improve myself but it's hard


I'm constantly filled with pain and frustration and I don't know what to do with it or how to get rid of it

i don't want children. can't imagine who would want me as their father.

European Imperialism and Viking Conquests while the song No Quarter by Led Zeppelin is playing in my head.

honestly... I haven't the backbone to find the answers to my questions... I still keep hoping they would simply fall into my lap

sooner or later, bad things happen

the way the current counselor (and numerous other precious lil "people"), say something was an "unfortunate thing that happened", sounded like everything has to be fortunate or neither. but "unfortunate" things happen to everyone. especially since "unfortunate" is a vague word that anyone can define in any way.

I have an appointment in five hours but I haven't gone to bed yet. Yikes.
Time to fluff the pillows and dive in head-first.

I've been thinking about the late actor Lloyd Bochner lately.

I can't wait to see my friends tomorrow! We are going to Build-a-Bear for the "pay your age" day. Though, I don't know, at this age I might be paying more than the original price

Thinking about my second stay at a hospital for mental health reasons, for no particular reason, today. That one was very unpleasant At least now I know a better place to go if I need a fourth hospitalization for that reason, the third was decent enough.

And to think, all three hospitalizations I've had for mental health reasons (each different) occurred within the past eight months.

Watching Trump and a couple of his sidekicks on stage at the NATO press conference. He appears to have had a makeover (darker hair), and looks in remarkable shape for a 72 year old. John Bolton looks like a very nasty piece of work.

Considering taking in a movie at the cinema this weekend
