Picked up Instagram again for the 3rd or 4th time. First time, I focused on getting followers -- and got tired of it after 60 or so, since I didn't relate to anything in their lives/feeds anyway. Second and third time, I focused on getting likes through hashtags, but again got tired of it because I was adjusting my photos only to get likes, not to being happy with the photo itself. This time, I focus on posting only things that I REALLY like, in other words, to socialise online the way I prefer to socialise.

So far, I only get 0-2 likes per photo, but that handful of people who likes it really matters, so I'm more happy with it now than before.

Maybe the only way to be a happy person on the spectrum is to be yourself, do things your way, and enjoy the teeny bits of attention you get for that.

My monthly direct debit payment for gas has been reduced from £10.00 to £2.32. I don't use much gas, but this is ridiculous.... :D

THAt is a good aspect of trying to regularly contribute to this thread it makes me do the same

* Happy that my eyes look pretty today with dark blue makeup
* Happy that I can put my hair in a ponytail now and refrained from the urge to chop it off again
* Happy that my elder son seemed happy and energetic
* Happy that I don’t have to interact with ppl too much in norma life

Nice.

I won a speech contest and am moving on to the Division level in Toastmasters, the first time I ever made it to that level. I was the only representative for my area, but I enjoyed doing the speech and people said it was good. It was a story about a cat, so I knew my subject.
