I thought therapy sessions were supposed to make you feel better, not worse 
I'm thinking it's about time for me to quit most of this therapy stuff, since so much of it is either stuff I already know or is completely unhelpful.

Trying and failing to move forward in "life"
Last week, a moving company and a tutoring company contacted me about interviews and I answered within 24 hours.
Neither one of them got back to me
Scheduled a phone interview for accounting clerk Friday
Trying to schedule another phone interview for tomorrow
Hate talking on the phone
Gets disconnected
Hard to talk loud enough and not too loud

Former aikido instructor moved to a different state
His Facebook page says he is driving back for a seminar and he is trying to get people to phone call him while he is driving, to keep him awake
Why can't he listen to music?
Numerous articles claim that talking on the phone while driving makes it easier to crashes the car, not harder

I'm thinking it's about time for me to quit most of this therapy stuff, since so much of it is either stuff I already know or is completely unhelpful.
i remember that some of my therapy that helped felt good and some, by way of bringing up painful memories, hurt and helped. if you're not being helped at all, though, maybe a different therapist?

Someone emailed me. She wants to go to the lake with a friend and me . And sit around drawing
Maybe I ought to stretch the comfort zone
It has gotten too small
But Wednesday seems a bit too early to plan things
She suggested a lot of activities:. Movies, billiards, kayaking
Expensive, socially awkward
Feel guilty for refusing
Because nothing better to do
It's not like I have to work at that time
But sitting around painting? Wtf? Rembrandt, Monet, Picasso

couldn't you just go to the lake with them and chat while they draw? the scenery might be nice. or take a coloring book. coloring can be a form of meditation, which has all sorts of health benefits.

why my blinkin' puter locks up periodically [the mouse freezes, only the keyboard works] forcing me to reboot. it has done this since the last windows mandatory update to patch security holes that shouldn't have been there in the first place. 
and also why WP also has been freezing my edge browser and also forcing a reboot. 90+% CPU load just loading WP using edge.
