It looks like a house party when the police show up one person self designates as the spokes person for the group. Usually the one who should be quiet.

Actually, that is a group of teen-aged boys standing on the street, making comments about every girl who walks by.
And the one in the middle really needs to calm down!

I miss these little guys, we don't have any here.

I believe they are known as Hummingbirds in the U.S.

my, that was one tame bird. my late father, down in guaymas mexico, set out a hummingbird feeder for the abundant groups of hummingbirds down there, but one day he was late about refilling it, it was down on the ground between his legs as he sat and chatted with a neighbor, then a hummingbird flew up, looked for the feeder, then zoomed down between my father's legs, then zoomed up to within inches of his face and stared for a few seconds, then zoomed down to look at the feeder, then back up in dad's face to stare some more, as if to say "what's up with this?"
