Well boys usually do end up taller. 
How tall are you? Last I checked I'm 5'8".

I know a thirteen-year-old who's taller than her 22-year-old brother. 
Oh, I'm 5'0 1/2", not even 5'1" yet.

I'm even short compared to some friends of mine. My tallest friend is 6'1". He's almost taller than his dad.

Then I must be extremely short then.
Actually, I have a friend who's my age, and she's 4'10". Another friend who's about a year older (she would be a junior next year if she wasn't born in December) is even shorter than that and can pass as a fourth grader. Now that's more likely to be "extremely" short.

Actually, I have a friend who's my age, and she's 4'10". Another friend who's about a year older (she would be a junior next year if she wasn't born in December) is even shorter than that and can pass as a fourth grader. Now that's more likely to be "extremely" short.
It's not that you're short it's just we're freakishly tall. I surpass my mom by like 5 inches. We're male so we typically are taller.
Man that's pretty short. 4'10"? I know some pretty short people but not that short! I guess there are taller people in Pennsylvania!

Well there's a stereotype that Asians are short. Those two friends are Asian.
But then again, it's a stereotype. I know some pretty tall Asians too.
