Feel all emotionally repressed

Craving half pigeon (yoga pose)

But it involves lying down on your stomach

And precious lil "people" ask "are you ok?" :roll:

Once I get back to my jail cell I feel too tired for half pigeon

Could use meditation

But the psychiatrist is a bit too far away by bus

Could make a day out of it

Seeing how open people with their ever problem makes me so jealous. If only my problems were that simple. I sometimes wish i had down's syndrome or something.

Have an important hospital appointment today. I have to go under 3 separate surgeries soon, and today, I will hear what the plans are. Am quite nervous and hope there isn't any bad news. Already had enough bad news yesterday.

I kind of detoxed my brain by having a meltdown (because of poor sleep for three nights in a row and also too much socializing, and not being able to be alone.) I sometimes think I can function like anyone else and go in multiple places three days in a row and yeah, it was fun going out for a while, but the explosion of anger was inevitable.

So I drove people away from me and now I can be in peace. But I do feel shameful for once again acting like I'm eleven.
