Tuna mayonnaise with home grown chopped chilli (unsure of variety, mild/medium spice) in french stick.

Some oreo cookies.

I realized a couple of months ago that if I ate something before taking a large pill, I could swallow it right down. Without eating something, I have a lot of trouble swallowing pills.

So I put oreos to good use.

I sometimes take my adhd stuff with my porridge (depending on the brand)

It's interesting to me that ever since I realized that eating something right before kills the gag reflex, I have been able to swallow every medication I needed to swallow.

I have one more set of medicine to take tonight before I go to sleep so that means another oreo cookie or two.
