Grats! What are the stats?
I ignored you last time you asked me about stats.

This time I will share. The distance is about 2.2 miles and tonight I ran it in 16:20. I'd like to get down to 15 mins which I think I can do in a month if I stick to it. I'm overdue for new sneaks, so a new pair should help too.

I know.

Tis ok, though. Ok, so 7:25 pace, not too bad. 6:49, it's achievable, but it'll take hard work. Make sure to put some speed work in, I think one of the best runs I've done this summer was 2.8 miles and 20:21 (so a 7:16 pace)...but that didn't mean I didn't have my share of crappy runs. Anyways, if you really want to shave some time off, there is always the option of flats. I have some from my cross-country days and I ONLY use them for hard workouts/races. They are super lightweight and fit like a glove...but they shave off about 15 seconds per mile.

Going for a long long run. Exhausted but it's always worth it.
How far?
