I had a dream involving me and someone else getting very dirty, and the gunk turning into something kind of like the Stuff combined with the Thing - it got into our mouths and was going to take us over and mutate us into... something I can't really describe, but it looked like something out of The Thing (we saw a finished product at some point - I think the creature was based on a horse). We had to pull it off/out of us, and if we missed even the tiniest bit (which of course we would do), it would soon start growing again. It felt really weird pulling it out of my mouth/throat. I remember one time I thought I'd gotten it all off/out of me and going over to help the other person only to have to go back to myself because I was wrong. I eventually managed to get rid of all that was in/on me, but it had attached to something important (I'm not entirely sure what it was supposed to be, but it's nothing that actually exists inside a person) and when I pulled it off of that, I ended up with a small tube gushing blood sticking out of the front of my throat. It didn't hurt, but I could feel the blood gushing out of it, and that also felt really weird. So then I rushed outside to a car with two other people in it and got in the back. Apparently the person in the driver's seat was some sort of medical personnel, and the person with me in the back seat was desperately trying to get their attention, and the person in front was convinced it could wait, and the other person insisted that no, I needed help now (as I lost my hold on the tube thing for a moment and gushed blood everywhere and was getting dizzy from blood loss)... and I think I woke up shortly after that.
Oddly, I'm never troubled by dreams like that. I found this one intriguing once I woke up. Most weird dreams or dreams others would find frightening, I actually enjoy
