Home made Chicken Madras tortilla wraps. Very good they were as well. I coulda been a contender in the Cordon Bleu stakes, y'know.

The latest thing I've eaten was my twice daily blood thinner pill.

It wasn't very filling.

A peanut butter cookie.

Soba noodles. I use them as a healthier substitute for spaghetti.

I had my porridge and it was just right

I ate a pound of osmanthus rice wine and 20 pieces of KFC golden chicken nuggets, and now I'm waiting for a rice bowl delivery.

Got a ham/salad barm on the way from the local cafe that does good ones.

Smoked Pork chop and a salad.

I don't know what time it was about but I'm still full up

I spotted a large anonymous box at a local surplus store, which on examination turned out to be full off sachets of porridge oats with dates and canelle. I quite like oats so I was prepared to commit a large price, as the box was over a kg and about the same price as the best supermarket plain jane offerings.

First try out didn’t impress (I’d expected something fruitier) but then I combined it with some similarly acquired special k, topped off with a splash of yellow tomato puree (yet another surplus store bargain) and it turned out to be delicious!

Healthy too, with all that fibre, and I have some hope it’ll help my incontinence problem, but regardless, it’s an enjoyable and satisfying meal, for less than a €!
