Half a quiche Lorraine with mashed spuds. Just cheap fodder really. I’d just popped it in the micro when I noticed I’d already ate half of another, which I expect I’ll have to throw out.

Raw carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli.
I am reminded I don't really care for raw broccoli, so I ate it first. Steamed broccoli is good. Baked or BBQ grilled broccoli is also good.
Cauliflower it okay.
Carrots are good.
