Oh, that is nice of you to say :) I'm not usually well because of things that are out of my control - not being able to eat well or in healthy quantities, having an instant physical disadvantage with flat feet doesn't help at all either, as well as stress, depression and anxiety that I've had in the past, meaning I'm terribly unfit and really need to start exercising, else Ten will die!
Well maybe not, but I wouldn't want to be in a wheelchair in 10 years.

That doesn't sound too good :(

The food is there, but you just can't eat as you should?
Is some sort of counselling available for that under BritishHealthcare?

Absolutely
I've never looked into anything to "treat" it so to speak, my parents tried everything early on and seems I'm set in my ways though I want to change because it's beginning to get rather unhealthy.

Dear Ten, Do you think that communicating with people online with similar disorders would help?
There are literally Millions, in varying degrees, and no one REALLY understands except a fellow-sufferer....
That is why Alcoholics Anonymous and every other 'Anonymous' group can change lives.....
The realization of 'Not being the only one' can be the first step......
