Cooked another burger.. topped it with a fried egg, blue cheese salad dressing & frank's red hot on cinnamon raisin toast.

fried chopped onions and celery in a skilled lubed with macadamia nut oil, very rich and buttery. added some eggbeater, about 1/3 cup of the stuff. then a bit of low-salt tamari sauce, some marinara, some ground up feta cheese crumbles, some TVP, some tuna, some taco fiesta beans and sauce, it came out like my usual goulash-esque tasty but garpy garp-like substance.

The only thing I cooked today was an egg for the dog. :lol:

Yesterday was a cook heavy day though. I made crepes for breakfast, stuffed with cream cheese and topped with fresh strawberries I'd smashed up. Next, I made a reuben sandwich for lunch. Dinner was coconut lentils and pork..spicy but tempered by the coconut milk. Tasty stuff.

Made some chicken bacon ranch sandwiches on toasted multigrain sourdough and brought them to the beach.

One of my aunt's is visiting so I'm cooking up a pan full of chicken breasts to make chicken bacon ranch sandwiches for lunch. Might add a slice of tomato.. no lettuce in the fridge right now, though.
