Mind explaining waht livery is?

Livery is a paint job.

CLAIMED @ 2:51 PM CST

TIME TO COMPLETION UP TO 2 HOURS

CANCELED AND RELEASED FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO CLAIM @ 2:59 PM CST

REASON: i am not a good photoshopper. the image has a lot of color blending which is hard for me i cannot use the auto cut tools or anything...

I think it was done by cutting it out, pasting it over the bus, then selecting the areas you don't want showing and deleting them and then put the flag on Overlay blending mode or/and lowering opacity?
Or am I off now?

Hence why i suck at photoshop... not because i never learned, i used to be really good at this stuff... now i just cant do it... i could possibly do it if i zoomed to 1000% but then it would take FOREVER to select pixel for pixel

I understand, what if you got some sort of support for your armso it would keep steady or something? Have a really heavy mouse so it doesn't move around that much maybe? Easier to select without all the quick movements.

Heavy mouse wouldnt work... my muscles are extremely weak.. i think a giant touchpad/tablet would work nicely with me... if only i had the cash for one :(

oh and Firgs... your thingy looks overly complicated... the thingy i was thinking of was to cut up the bus into several layers the windows and all the metals and labels and cut the bus out of the background and then plop the flag into the painted layer that is left over...
