if the fluid is clear or clear with blood, it could be cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). if it's csf, you need to get patched up to avoid a serious brain infection.

I took so long to reply because I was motivated for a bit but I keep hitting the wall - sitting down again now :lol:

I read the original manga and I have the premium box set on pre-order. The clips of the anime I've seen look good so I look forward to watching it on DVD (I prefer that over online).
