I had a big Mac meal when I was out shopping

I feel like it's the first proper meal I've had since Monday

I've got a Walkers gluten free shortbread biscuit

I'm not gluten intolerant but I was down the "free from" aisle in Sainsbury's the other day and I saw them and I thought I'd give them a try

Verdict: Very acceptable indeed

I'm a sucker for a bit of shortbread me

Aldi Beef & Vegetable Pasty. Really nice, and good value at 69p. It's actually a Cornish Pasty, but maybe they're not allowed to describe it as such these days if it's never been anywhere near Cornwall.

There was a bit of controversy a couple of months ago when the manufacturers weren't allowed to use the word 'chocolate' any more to describe Club or Penguin biscuits.

Starving? To enjoy a big Mac, I’d have to be! I always felt like I’d swallowed a brick afterwards.

I got half way through a sachet of meat substitute, and found myself again wondering why people bother with this stuff. If it was cheaper than the real thing, it’d be understandable, but to pay more???

Two Nacho Cheese Doritos and two pieces of milk chocolate.
