My 95 year old grandpa passed away. He is no longer suffering. He led an incredible life.

I'm hungry, but if I eat now I'll be hungry earlier tomorrow morning... I don't want to eat yet... but I'm hungry.

Sorry to hear that, Cecil. At least he made a good age.

Heavy home defeat for my team (6-0).

I like to know the pain has left him, he will be in peace. And he has a loving family carrying his memory forward.

Hugs hugs. Confide in us as much as is safe, enough to ease it. I'm glad you do that right now.

The people who have less have to end up being stronger than those who have everything.
Reading another person's post,
The burden a person has to carry, will eventually be put down.
Peace after.

The thought may not give as much comfort
but it helps me be patient 'a bit longer', and perhaps for others too?

Those who have so much (significant other, wonderful relationships including friendships, perfect health, easier time in basic things, wealth, higher education and good job, etc), will have to let go of much more when the time comes.
No choice either way, but peace I do believe in.
And small beautiful things every day to help a person keep going till that time comes.

1.stuff that made me realize how I hurt others' feelings accidentally
2. Going overboard

3. Making broad comments out of anger...

not realizing it was making light of other ppl's real problems n struggles. Minimized them with full confidence in my false opinion

4. Bad guys ( thoughts of) still haven't entirely left my mind. Still feel angry about them daily but much less often (about 3 times a day).

I know why it lingers ..
because the 1 person did not truly mean to be bad but just didnt know how to be good.

5. Wasted money
