having a migraine that pretty much lasted all day

I have had migraines; they are wretched.

Strong light shining into my eyes can trigger one, or not watching my caffeine intake, or stress.
Hope you are better.

A neighbour of mine has a young puppy, and we walk our dogs together sometimes at night.

Her puppy found and consumed an "edible" in the woodlot down the lane, and he is currently on life support with neurological damage. It doesn't sound like he's going to make it.

WTF.

started my morning off strong with a panic attack at frickin 7am when i woke up to discover i had slept right through my alarm and therefor right through the ONE lesson I have for my team each week and had to call my trainer and explain that No, I wasnt hungover (her least favorite thing of all time) and that I had honestly just slept in but she usually requires 24 hour notice and I dont think she sounded all that convinced and now i feel like s**t because i hate that i disappointed her and i hate that i missed my lesson and i hate that Caitlin (my lesson buddy) is also gonna judge me and i hate the most that my mother is going to KILL ME and then she is going to revive me so she can let my trainer kill me and i am just SO DEAD holy s**t
