Didn't go to church yesterday, and now it feels like I slept through the entire weekend.

Anxiety

Events cancelled all over town, including tennis lesson Saturday

Church event postponed until April 21

I will be itchy and twitchy the entire month of March if I have to stay inside all day and have to miss favorite activities

Concern for family and friends, some of whom are elderly and/or in poor health

I feel very, very anxious and uneasy and I feel almost like I will start crying.

Just found out my school is online for the REST OF THE SEMESTER

1) i hate online
2) i suck at it
3) my classes are really not able to be online
4) i dont want to be home for the rest of the semester yall im gonna DIE if i have to be cooped up with my parents for the next who knows how many weeks
(i dont mean that figuratively- we might actually kill each other)

Having trouble breathing deeply. I know it's from having too much coffee (just had more) but with the pandemic spreading I keep worrying.

Wishing I was in Abu Dhabi with my parents and we all moved to Jeddah again. I'm tired of being isolated and it's difficultto breathe at ease except in forests/parks here because I feel so different from people and so isolated. In Jeddah at least you always have that feeling of camaraderie and light heartedness.

Still sick and tired of being tired all the time. And thirsty, and then needing to pee all the time (that's a side effect of a medication I'm slowly getting off of). Plus I have some sort of upper respiratory crud, probably allergies. No cough or fever, though, so no need to run away from me.

Slow connections on my home desktop computer and being told off by my NT sister for not repeating myself because the dog barked.

My university has cancelled classes and big gathering. Yet the Residence that I work in remains open and operational. I work in the Cafeteria where we have big gatherings. I don't get it.

Stressing out over the Virus ... headache, palpitations ... no fever or chest congestion. Keeping my nitro tablets near.

I'm worried about blooie and her family, other members who are ill, and everyone who is super-stressed because of financial concerns, lack of food and other needs, changes to routine, or just from staying inside. I'm also unhappy thinking of all the people who have to work but don't want to, or want to work but can't.

My sister woke up with a fever. She was over visiting us yesterday.

Anxiety about going out.
